Jon D. Batastini is a partner at Garrett & Batastini, P.A. whose areas of practice include real estate; land use; commercial litigation; title litigation; election law; commercial transactions; Wills/Estates/Probate; estate litigation. Concentrated experience and practice in New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, Planning and Zoning matters, Superior Court and Appellate Division experience in Municipal Land Use Law.
In 1992, Mr. Batastini acquired his B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University, followed by his M.S. in Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Health from Temple University in 1995. Then, he returned to Rutgers to attend Rutgers School of Law where he obtained his J.D. and was admitted to the NJ Bar in 2000. Over the last twelve years Mr. Batastini has had extensive practice in Municipal Land Use Law and is currently the Land Use Solicitor for Dennis Township and the Sea Isle City Planning Board Solicitor.
Mr. Batastini serves as the Board Solicitor for Dennis Township 1, Dennis Township 2, Dennis Township 3, Upper Township 3 and Strathmere Fire Commissions.
Mr. Batastini is an avid fisherman and boater. He also enjoys gardening and cooking.
